Plug-in vehicles

Design and implementation of critical improvements to the end-to-end customer process for Plug-In Vehicle (PEV) adopters. Development of PEV adoption forecasts and long-term system impacts. Development of utility-readiness strategies, including products and services, and overall long-term roadmaps. Development of a comprehensive analysis to identify drivers and barriers to Time of Use (TOU) rate adoption by PEV drivers.
